Have designed from scratch everything from fundamentals to complex patterns that cover any UI needs.
Design that supports users' (DPO's) natural workflows
After researching target audience workflows we aimed to get interfaces out of the way, by creating a highly consistent layout that quickly becomes muscle memory (modules, list and detail pages, controls and actions always consistent).
To keep users in the state of flow and focus, the system always highlights what needs to be done next to achieve compliance, secure organisation's assets and mitigate risks.
Built to foster collaboration within the entire organisation
The app interface is aimed to enable communication for all parties from CTO to external auditor with seamless task assignment, role-based permissions, approvals, evidence attachment, policy acceptance etc.
The architecture of the app allows it to make meaningful object connections instantly. For example, when users see the risk probability is growing they know exactly which assets it might affect, and what causes it, up to which recurring task was not done in time and by whom.
